Pros

Free Lunches 2/3 days of the days in office. Company offsite in Greece. Great Teammates

Cons

Pay is under market in almost EVERY position especially the sales team (except for the early hires), No clear way to get promoted, Bad communication coming from the top, Consistent changes of procedures (every 2/3 weeks is a new process), No incentive to take PTO (your target isn't adjusted if you take time off), favoritism exists, we're asked to leave a review on Glassdoor right after onboarding - so obviously we won't have anything bad to say.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the perks, like our offsite and lunches! We recognize the concerns you’ve raised. We’ve recently made significant updates to our GTM compensation structure to be more competitive across the board, including industry-leading accelerators in Sales. We are also working on creating clearer pathways for internal growth and promotion, and we're taking steps to improve communication from leadership while ensuring consistency in our processes. Your input on PTO and favoritism is noted, and we’re committed to fostering a fair and supportive work environment. We greatly appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on improvements. - Meagan

Pros

- a lot of R&D and investment into product, customers really like the product and we iterate on new features quickly - good opportunity to sell, land new logos, expand and people are willing to take you up on cold PG efforts and hear more

Cons

- overly stressful work environment that doesn't give you warm and fuzzys - people disappear after having a great quarter, people are pushed out for not hitting 100% even though goals are barely attainable with a low average deal size and massive quarterly quota - you never feel safe here unless you hit 100% every quarter and if they don't vibe with you, you will be pushed out - there's no room for 70% or more attainment, not set up for success and reps are killing themselves scraping for tiny deals - Self service makes it hard to sell enterprise deals because huge price differential
