The manager is quite honest and transparent. Even if you’re at an entry-level you can still pretty much ask and learn anything and everything. This was quite useful, especially during the training period. The manager is very open to suggestions and dealing with issues. There is open communication between team members at different levels and that gets complemented with a lot of team activities and bonuses.
