Not sure where to start with.. No matter how experienced or skilled you are, the code is written as such to make you feel bad. No reviews, no testing and no functional guys. People who doesn't knows the ABC's of software development and worked during pascal or ascii coding are the so called seniors who just dictate the terms and you need to follow it. That's how things work. During onboarding you will get a laptop which can be good to throw it off ( Yes they will be sourced from amazon with max budget of 30 k). Even a 90 year old granny will run faster than the laptop provided by Synthesis Systems. Their Leave policy is worst. For overall year they have around 7 days leave (4 public holidays and 3 festival holidays). I am happy that I made a successful exit from this org. Kind request to the developers. Their exit ratio is more than 60 to 70 percent which tells their quality and skills in handling technical people. Think multiple times even before attending interviews in such chaotic company. They just survive with outsourcing revenue. If you are hired for their product then you will be lost. Just imagine if you are hired for a product that is pointed out as their signature product and once you are in there will be only one Backend guy (50 percent available) and one UI guy (25 percent available).. there will be no QA or UX or anything. People who have 12th or BCOM degree will be your manager or supervisor . Remember for two devs they will have 3 or 4 supervisor. They never mind about quality or process as they themselves need to understand those. No Process or sprint planning. Even the estimates will be given by the supervisors and even after that you will pegged with hourly updates. No care for their employees. their total holidays is 7 days plus.
