Syntonic is growing quickly based on the demand for it's sponsored data services, they are hiring more people and making changes to scale up and handle the demand. Management is smart and helpful with solving problems and being pragmatic on solutions
Cons
As with any growing company past practices aren't as efficient as the team is juggling more customers. But the company is always working to make the changes to make things work better and more efficiently
