Pros

Work / life management. Pretty much can work whenever you want to, which is nice. My preferred compensation was met, no questions asked.

Cons

Pay is either bi-weekly or monthly, which isn't the greatest imo. But I got lucky enough to ask for bi-weekly and got what I wanted.

Pros

i am currently a software programmer here..was an experienced hire, before joining worked at large mnc in similar role 1. much to learn about busness operation of bank and nbfc customers all over india and some abroad also.. 2. lots of recognition given to those who perform well.. from personal observation most managers here have worked up corporate ladder. they are easy to approach, but expect much of team members 3. due to small size of company changes and response to issues happen quickly 4. free lunches given daily...this a blessing..!! other MNC companies oferring similar salaries will never do tis..! 5. management is putting more structure process to help employees..HR is getting better, project task and work delegation is done well 6. new hiress and freshers are given enough time to learn product functionality before being reviewed throughly to see if they are good fit

Cons

though mostly i am having positive view of the company there are some issues... 1. number of bathrooms are very few...it is more than likely to be occupied when people want to use.. 2. strict dress code for men but not for women..but have heard from a customer about how professional sysarc employees are looking 3. no internet access for non-management employees...we employees understand about source code, but with proper controls this threat can be elieminated 4. no collaboration or sharing tools for programmers..we are using outdated chat messenger and have no email rights...tis needs to change 5. usually they are over working high performers and not utlizing all other resource efficiently 6. too many employees working in small space...need to find solution 7. overcrowding in the canteen area at lunch times..
