very well in maintaining all the basic requirements such as id cards,bank accounts,more over Discipline. don't be funny all these r very important for a kinder garden. primary level faculties as a h.r's .and well maintaining Facebook reviews glass door too by management itself.wonder is not even having a project from many years but they are maintaining company very strong. how?

here it is.. its just a simple commercial brain trick. freshers can join through consultancies by paying lakhs and from that company will take some amount share and in return they assure you with fake experience to support M.N.C companies . and they can give assurance with 6 months validity period and with 8000 pay. with out any project or even systems. passing all the time in name of html training. but you know they area having all type of requirements Java .net oracle etc.. and they offer you the joining letter with immediate joining next to your the interview day.when you step into the then you came to know how poop it was. there you can see all kind of illiterate fellows having zero knowledge but with over acted personalities.need to ask for salaries every month like a beggars. and they have spy kind of people(no need of mentioning their names) in employees showing their faithfulness to management. if you ask recognise all this things and ask them like what's happening here. they will try to convince if not they will start blackmailing you simply telling that you are not even having any knowledge so you may take your revealing letter and leave the company. one more thing they are going to pay your salaries with your money only.and you know each and every person in management having iPhone's expensive bikes and cars enjoying luxury life with your money that means your parents money. and if you are not going to believe in this before you joining ask any of employee in d company regarding all these on first time they will not share due to they afraid of management .they will never give your money back. my final words. don't believe this kind of companies.this is just an example how fake companies act like.not only this there are many more companies and consultancies like this. beware of them. and strongly please don't pay any money to this kind of fake companies. people are like in this management don't even understand how important was job to a fresher and they don't even bother about your carrier. they simple want your money for their enjoyments. remember you have your own talent so utilize it .as a fresher you need not to worry about job there is a time of too years span of eligibility as a fresher,so you train well and attend interview's to mnc's. try and try until you succeed. never give up to this kind of fake companies ..one thing to say in your lappy sometimes they come and check ur history if you caught by opening fb youtube u will be suspended and bdm targets each and every one saying i am local and i konw madhapur polices close to me like dis
