If you want to learn lots in a short amount of time Sysdoc are great to work for. Make use of the communities of practice to learn and share ideas
Cons
HR is awful and has inconsistent practices depending if they like you or not. Not paying people fairly or providing access to learning that isn’t just through LinkedIn learning. HR would not fund my professional development even though it was aligned to my growth plan. No breaks between intense projects.
