Great culture, good pay and transparency. Management is approachable to discuss and resolve your work issues or logistics. Good place to work for people who are willing to work with different ITSM related technologies such as BMC, ServiceNow, Cherwell and more.
Cons
Not many cons to this place, potential to have longer hours in certain quarters during deployment period. I guess its same for many companies.
