      The company has a lot of global projects and the colleagues are very whiling to assist.

      Cons

      - Lack of processes. - No HR support at all. - No training. - No support from Program Managers. During meetings you can be called a liar. Very rude interactions with customers. - Payment sometimes take 15 days to happen.

      Was able to negotiate pay relatively well for a more mid level position.

      Cons

      Very disorganized training and communication. Several people working with me did not even know what position I was actually supposed to be filling.
