Projects available with all technologies (any), Anything and everything is around data, excellent training is given, company is a product owner (Dopplr) so Dopplr team can get to try lot of R & D, onsite opportunities for deserving and selection quite transparent. Easy to work in chosen domain. People centric (for personal contingencies, HR is considerate, especially TMG). Professionally managed company
Cons
Starting Pay for trainees can be basic, but not the case for experienced resources. Earned leave policy and appraisal are not so attractive (exceptions are there, though). Opportunities are into data engineering world only.
