Morale is at an all time low due to the constant threat of redundancy and feeling of instability in the company.
Pay rise/Bonus is non existent or very little considering we are being told how well the company is doing in every meeting.
Seems to be a lot of senior leadership discussing the company rather than actually having enough staff to do the work.
Pressure and workload has increased massively, we are told to plan our work to our capacity then we are giving last minute high priority work meaning we can not do our planned work… followed by questioning of why we haven’t completed everything.
Stress is on the rise and is starting to negatively affect staff working as a team, there is no time to work together to get the best quality standard as everyone has too much on there plate.
With more staff being made redundant and the ones left behind having to stack up even more work daily and take on extra responsibility surely there should be some pay compensation for this? Well there isn’t, same pay and more work!
I know of a quite a few colleagues including myself that have been promised a course to gain a qualification needed for our role but each year this is just put to the side as there is no time or no money for us to progress.
