While work has to be completed, there is a strong understanding of work life balance. Management is easy to approach and talk to.

Not corporate America growth pathways, however with this practice you promote and receive raises by working hard/ proving and adding value to the company.
Pay is very competitive for Lebanon but a tad under Nashville, however the convenience to east of Nashville residents is well worth the difference.
