Upper management has no idea what they're doing, some of lines of business they're invested in are super antiquated or an incredibly poor experience for the users engaging with it, if not both
C-suite hides behind an "I'm your friend" veneer while ordering frequent layoffs that make surviving employees feel like they're a number instead of a human being. It seems like it's only gotten worse, judging by recent reviews.
Not many opportunities for career growth
