Pros
Management is good to me and salary is always paid on time (big relief from my previous job!). Happy to be working in a large organization and doing what I love. They paid for all my visa and flight expenses and helped me settle in when I first started. I am grateful.
Cons
No such training is provided. You have to kind of be good at your skill already before you start or study/learn by yourself.
