Pros
I have to say, Sytac was awesome! When I first joined all the way from Italy, they made me feel right at home. They helped me find a place to live and sorted out all the boring paperwork stuff, so my family and I didn't have to worry about anything. Not only did I grow a lot personally and professionally while working with them, but they were also super supportive during tough times—especially with all the pandemic craziness. The moment you join Sytac, you will land in one of the chapters (sort of tech circles in the company), and the chapter lead will try to help and support you to grow professionally. The best part was the technical and social activities. It was so cool to connect with colleagues working on different projects. And let me tell you, some of those guys are absolute geniuses. Also, I will miss the fun stuff, such as ski trips and padel. They also offered me Dutch classes to better integrate in this country (still not a Dutch master though)! The company itself was small when I started, but it bloomed during the six and a half years I was there. Yeah sure, growing has its challenges, but the motivation for improvement and having a better company was never missing.
Cons
It's not a negative thing per se, but I hope one day they will succeed in providing teams of experts to their clients and not only individual experts.
