The management seems disconnected from the rest of company and is constantly "secretive" with what is going on with the outlook of the company. Suss is trying to be a bigger player than they are in the field and thus, over promising results to customers which both over taxes current employees trying to meet unrealistic demands and disappoints customers when those demands cannot be met.
