      Honestly besides the below job was fine until Commercial Servicing manager got pregnant and turned into a hormonal dictator.

      Cons

      Manager would pick fights with me for no reason and began bullying me. Staff are overworked and sick of the job. You see a a staff member or 2 walk out every other month! Managers will actively forge client signatures. Management will back each other regardless of your concerns so do not bother voicing them to HR. i had gone 9 months without receiving so much as a talking to my work was flawless. The minute i made a complaint about my abusive manager i got slapped with a performance review that wasn't necessary in the slightest. Managers will berate staff publicly and loudly for making the tiniest of errors.

      Honestly, none - except that you get paid just enough to barely cover your bills.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for the amount of work expected. Management regularly degrades, humiliates and shouts at staff. Hybrid working was initially supported, but with just one weeks notice, we were told to return to the office full-time - no negotiation. Just “leave if it’s a problem”. Staff morale is consistently low due to poor treatment and inadequate pay. There are also no company benefits. All of the above to also be abused by residents/tenants.
