      Pros - flexible hours, tech staff are really great to work with

      Cons

      Cons - insulting salary for the work you will be expected to complete. If you are a project manager you will be expected to be a technician, project coordinator and project manager. Management is not receptive to any type of issues you may have or any criticism.

      I would highly recommend working at T. Harris if you value a workplace that cares about you as a person rather than a number. I've been with T. Harris for about two years now, and I've experienced flexibility to have a work-life balance, opportunities for career development, and an overall welcoming work environment. I've always felt supported by the team and have had a great experience at T. Harris.

      Cons

      The office is cold (but there is free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate to help with that), and because I take the TTC the commute is an hour.
