Pros
Friendly coworkers, pretty easy hands on job, good skills gained. Good discount.
Cons
Before you start work, they make you do 2 days of paid(?) training. The training covers a lot of different areas such as heavy lifting, interaction with customers etc. however when actually working, you’re expected to do a lot of things that aren’t mentioned in the training. For example, in my first week I was put onto tills without any prior training, told to “just ask your colleagues for what to do”, no login for the tills, which all slowed down the process and held up customers, to which I got into trouble for.
