      Hybrid work - 2 days in the office

      Cons

      The work environment was so negative and there was a log of micromanagement and bullying. I hated it there. There is no care for your mental health or anything.

      Work at home. Excellent technical support and good benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal training and then demand perfection. Less emphasis on clientele issues and obsessive concern with controlling their phone systems.
