      Pros

      The facilities are well maintained and clean. The staff is awesome and the management team works hard to communicate with it's staff members, which is a plus. I love the curriculum! It is well prepared and focuses on the next stages in the development of each child.

      Cons

      No cons really, but we do have quarterly staff meetings.

      You will work hard, but you get rewarded for your hard work. Family atmosphere.

      It can be overwhelming at times, but every job has that aspect.

      Cleanliness of school, excellent resources and curriculum for teachers, great variety of toys and such for children

      Cons

      Pay not competitive enough, benefits not impressive, long hours, turnover high
