None to mention I am writing this review, as ppl I am trying to save your life by showing you what is happening inside the office

Process is not in place,Decision is across all level of employees ,Dirty Politics, Management never has time to listen to employees, Employees are treated as very badly. Sincere Advise to Recruitment, either hire professional recruiters and run your show dont run with amateurs and spoil our careers. Especially there was a girl who processed my CV and scheduled Interview. She sounds very rude if you ask her any queries, she would call other recruiters if we ask her anything, why the hell you keep freshers to deal with senior professionals? The worst experience is recruitment, as your the facevalue of the company ensure you hire professionals to deal with new candidates Though you can see many expats, please mark my words they hardly know our working corporate culture, dont ruin your life by meeting them As I was new joinee heard their Appraisal process and the % very very very horrible. people were forced to resigned in a closed room and no further dealings

1. Opportunity to work out of the box.

It's been 5 months since we have started to work from home due to the on-going pandameic COVID-19. We are being asked to report to office with no reason irrespective of all the works are completed and delivered in a stipulated time. They don't have concern on employees as well as their families. At this situation we are not even informed about the reason of return to office. It is acceptable that at certain point we have to return to office and to bring back the normal work life but, this isn't the situation where each and every day the cases of this pandameic are highly increasing. Also, the option given from the management is take 65% of monthly salary and avail work from home if not return to office from tomorrow for 100% monthly salary, it is liking choosing option from health and wealth. Is this the way the employee gets treated? Though the business is pitching the market well and good without any indurance. These things are quite difficult as we ourself put our life and our chronic parents life in danger.
