Pros
Well; i really enjoy working at TA Telecom and enjoy the challenging atmosphere and the perfect work environment where employees needs are taken into consideration in all decision making steps; for example: we are having our kitchen with a professional chef providing us with healthy fresh food. Also i am having lots of opportunities to grow and learn new things and develop myself. Besides - i like the company focus on positive impact we can have on the society in general and on our customers in specific.
Cons
Actually i can't name them cons; these are mainly challenges we need to turn into opportunities; first is the extremely dynamic atmosphere where we face continuous changes; second is the lack of some tools and infrastructure that may help me increase my productivity.
