Pros
There were many good opportunities for learning new skills giving the needs of the company at certain point, considering the growing of it. This implied the possibility of traveling both within Chile and to the USA facilities. The learning process is really fast and it can be a good opportunity to improve in areas of Microbiology, Molecular Biology and Quality Management System.
Cons
The CEO allowed many bad practices by certain trusted workers, having knowledge of a system of work abuse by the administrator in the USA facility . There is practically no Human Resource and the tools that this area has and the way they can use it to help workers is very limited to what Directions says. In certain job positions, rest hours are not respected, having to be available 24/7 without extra pay. Due to the lack of certain structure in many operations, it was very common to solve problems when they had already exploded. Preventive strategies were practically nil.
