Pros
-They contract people who are really enrolled in the positions and tasks so, for a biotech company is good. -They have a good future vision for what the food market needs, the scope of products is interesting. -If you are starting your professional journey it's ok but it all depends on which office you will be.
Cons
-They need to un-centralize the HQ with the other offices, a lot of bottlenecks to only check one task. -A poor organizational culture, they need to re-check why they have a lot of staff turnover. -Sometimes the big leaders are a little bit bullies or really rude, they don’t have the patience/time to explain the tasks and they are only focused on the production instead of the development of the employer. -If you work for another country and you are in another, literally you must deal with your own docs, visas, legal docs, or permissions, they only care about the job. I don’t know why they don’t like the hybrid or HO systems, really square heads in some things that the company can change and be better.
