      - Good comms with Directors due to it's size - Variety within the role, with a 'muck in' environment - Opportunity to build up toil - Very open to CPD suggestions

      - Occasional lack of clarity about line management, project management leads - Limited room for big progression within the company

      Pros

      Good interview was positive at the beginning. Then things soon went downhill. Instructions were vague, internally clickyness, staff off sick, low morale, and people pushed beyond their limits.

      Cons

      Communication is their main issue. They dont train new staff make them feel welcome to get the best out of them. PMs are siloed and feedback on work is critical. They are trying to bite off more than they can chew.
