Pros
TAFCO is a small company and you get to know everyone and how they work so you know that you can trust them to get things done. It is a fast paced environment with constant deadlines and sometimes challenging projects. The work is somewhat repetitive but each project is different from the last. Managers and supervisors are very close at hand when you need them but they are not constantly hovering to make sure you are working.
Cons
Sometimes the work can get very tedious and boring. Some projects are very simple but they still require the same level of care as complicated projects do. Industry standards change regularly and you need to learn new rules all the time.
