So I found out that the HR left, leaving us at the mercy of the "manager" Who will at least attempt to protect workers from the agression of the "manager"??? Its like both the CEOs are blind and cannot see that the reasont they continue to lose high quality workers is the direct fault of the "manager" people leave because of him. People leave and workload get higher, the "manager" simply dumps it on you, you get stressed and you leave, the cycle repeats itself. There is absolutely no balacne between personal life and work. You are expected to do overtime, if you dont, then you are a bad employee who dosent care.
