Due to the type of work, clients can be very demanding. The ability to multi-task while never harming the quality of work is an absolute necessitate at TAM-C and this may pose a challenge to some workers.

The work at TAM-C is demanding but the work is meaningful, we are working for clients that rely on us and the information we provide everyday. As with all organizations, there is a learning curve. TAM-C welcomed a new chief operating officer in the beginning of last year that inherited mismanaged operations from a former director of global operations. I can gladly say that most of the issues that caused the complaints seen on this page have been rectified by our COO. TAM-C is an excellent company to join and there are plenty of opportunities for training and growth for those who express interest. Since joining the company, I have added dozens of tools to my analytical toolbox and have had the opportunity to write documents that have been sent to our largest clients. Furthermore, those with language skills will have an opportunity to use their skills everyday. If you are an entry level analyst or an experienced professional, you will find your work at TAM-C to be rewarding. The company is growing every month and adding new and exciting projects to its portfolio. I highly recommend that those who are interested in intelligence apply to TAM-C.

Since our clients rely on us for safety and security, the work can sometimes result in long hours. While this has been an issue, it is not the norm as our assistant program director frowns on long work hours when there are no emergencies.
