As a graduate, the company does provide an opportunity to gain employment and work experience.
Cons
The management is hiring graduates primarily because they can pay them less, while expecting them to handle the workload of three people. This reflects poor management and unrealistic expectations, creating an unhealthy work environment. As a result, the experience has been deeply frustrating, and I regret working there.
