- Break through technology. - opportunity to learn new things. -Hands on work on costly platform and boards where you do not even see in most of the companies.
Cons
-Freshers are allocated to domains based on process similar to ipl auction system. People do not get into places where they are actually good at. -Lot lot lot ... of politics. Favourism and groupism are common culture. -appraisal depends on how good relation you have with your peer and not on hard work. -only 10-15% of freshers get good appraisal after 1 year. Management cite unnecessary reasons which is funny and unbelievable. Even after appraisal, pay scale is less than starting offers in other companies. Fair or not, you have to be there for 2 years. Cannot escape. - in most of cases, Employees will in bench for 6 months and for rest 6 months, they have to work min 14hrs a day including weekend. Top management promises the customers some things which they have no clue and expect employees to meet the dead lines. - many HR's who does absolutely nothing.
