Pros
I have worked in the ad industry for a long time, and when I landed at TBC I truly felt like I found my "goldilocks" of an agency. What makes this agency stand out is it's people. As early as week one of working here, I felt a sense of welcoming from colleagues that had taken me multiple years to build at prior agencies. More specifically, the executive management team is by far the best I have ever worked for, and one that I am proud to work for. The owner and president go out of their way to personally get to know each of their employees, which surprised me at first but I couldn't imagine it any other way. Similarly, I have never hesitated to share feedback on workflows with upper management, and they have always been incredibly receptive to find solutions that really work while simultaneously fostering professional growth at each step. I feel a sense of support here that was difficult to find prior to joining this team. TBC is a really special workplace that I feel so lucky to have landed at. Having an employer that deeply values and recognizes their employees like TBC does is incredibly rare in my experience, and has become an employer attribute I could not fathom being without. Needless to say, I strongly recommend the agency to anyone searching.
Cons
Any that remotely come to mind are strictly cons of the industry, and not the employer. None to share at this time.
