      Pros

      Prior experience is helpful but not necessary. You will learn a lot about the industry at TBC. My teammates are really pleasant to work with. Our management is simply wonderful. They are approachable and kind, and they value all our hard work. Plenty of room for growth and advancement, which keeps us motivated. Great compensation and benefits such as 401k, health, dental, vision and more.

      Cons

      It takes a bit of time to learn everything. But, in such a wonderful environment, it comes as no issue.

      Pros

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
