      Peer to peer support is strong

      Cons

      HR Executive Team are disgraceful and unethical. Everyone is just a number. Even if you have the support of your immediate manager, their hands are tied. HR team do not practice their own TBC values. Many complain about their unethical behavior and nothing is done about it. No accountability. Many associates were scammed out of their bonuses after working with unrealistic deadlines and expectations.

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
