Nothing to be liked about

It is a confused company & confused boss. People don’t know what work they need assign to their juniors. There was no team for the dept i was chosen and assigned me as an intern without a manager or team lead. On the day of interview I was told by the boss the HE hired me mistakenly he wanted to hire for some other position, and now since I have been hired they need to give me work.

Salary Paid on time.without any dealy

Very few employees are working here only Less than 10 people in the company including Management people. Low Job security. LALA ji type attitude , need to learn how to behave with the employees. Need to trust employee.that they are not hacking uor Sofware-code since they are working for u since they are getting salary.
