Understanding and patient management, easy interview, friendly.

Small office space, some co workers lose patience during training period making it awkward, no real system of who does what just a first on phone then next person and so on instead of designating specific tasks to each person in the office. People talking over everyone else especially when asking questions, not much space between some workers or room to put any paperwork. No benefits at all, low starting pay, but the experience for a resume as well as kind management makes up for it.
