-Great product! Chocolate is amazing, and it is a company looking to create change in a difficult industry -Lots of camaraderie amongst workers, fun office environment -Good location and access to public transit -Flexible hours if working in the office
Cons
-Complete lack of leadership in upper management -No HR department to file complaints or claims -Dishonest about benefits (specifically stocks) available to new and oncoming staff, as well as current state of affairs of company -Disorganized structure and strong lack of communication between departments -Non-competitive wages, and mediocre benefits
