TDA used to be a great place to work until recently. Some terrible C-level hires have made, resulting in an old school, micro management approach to recruitment. Unattainable targets, unless you are those C-suite staff members that seem to glide through TDA, with no money on the board, yet demanding water our of a stone, to those lower than them.
