Private equity took over a few years ago and now the company puts profit over their people. Nobody seems happy with their jobs, despite the performance they put on to appear as a tight knit culture. The gossip train is full steam ahead. Employees are treated and paid unfairly, then fired for speaking up. Leadership lacks empathy and humility. Don’t trust any of them!
