Pros
The people make the company (that's true anywhere), and there are really good staff that work on-site for the customers and at corporate. Being a small company they are able adapt to special requests easily, and often do, as long as you are willing to advocate for yourself (or the PM is willing to), that's very positive.
Cons
TENICA could do more to develop a company culture with happy hours (they don't do any) or company social events. They do have an annual holiday party and corporate events for charity, which is very nice, but feels more like forced fun days as opposed to purely employee social gathering. Also, during the interview process, make sure you ask a lot of questions to fully understand the benefits. The benefits are adequate, and there is no deception in the process, but make sure you understand them well so you know your impact.
