      Pros

      Seemingly progressive company with a lot of work on, potential for lots of travelling around NI and on sites if that's your thing. Some good people, though not all.

      Cons

      ALOT of bad mouthing/ backstabbing culture, grown men that need hair nets. Clique culture. No room for training or development. Too many bluffers in established positions.

      Pros

      Making your own schedule and a lot of written and computer work can be remotely done. Pleasant staff.

      Cons

      A lot of redundancy with work and turning time in. Poor communication. No back up or training. Need to be self motivated and the skills to go it alone.
