      Pros

      Great atmosphere, people are laid back and dependable. There is great flexibility of schedules. The math modeling part has a very good management and the board is also quite friendly. The people who make up the company have great expertise in what they do.

      Cons

      Just like any new company, there is the risk factor. It's really low in this case, but it always exists. There is so far no structured career plan and salaries. Unless the company doubles or triples in size over the years, which is reasonably likely, and vacancies arise where the employee can be promoted.

      To be at high tech industry from Artificial Intelligence Globally applying it to industry and to major retailers. We forecast demand and perfect order with Artificial Intelligence

      Low fix salary because it is a new company! It is part of the business to await the company to be bigger in order to get a big salary

      O ambiente é aberto para apresentar novas soluções e pontos de vista para o problema. Os corpo de profissionais da empresa é bastante interessado na evolução pessoal dos seus colegas de trabalho e não negam ajuda quando alguma coisa precisa ser explicada de forma mais aprofundada.

      Cons

      Apesar de apresentar um crescimento acelerado, a empresa ainda passa por um processo de estruturação interna. Os planos de carreira ainda não são claros e algumas decisões estratégicas tomadas pela empresa ainda são escuras aos funcionários.
