      Horrible and manipulative management, treating people like little kids. The environment can easily shift from being very friendly to very toxic.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
