      poor management, bad turnover, bad working conditions, building/equipment not up to code or replaced, no worker appreciation, no accountability with attendance work performance

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
