Pros
-The benefits are great. You can get upgraded vision and medical for a fair price, the 401k is great, and you start accumulating PTO after 6 months.
-Compared to most customer service positions in the surrounding area, the pay is pretty good. A solid 7/10 on the good pay scale.
-The training period is very thorough and you have plenty of opportunities to ask questions. They don't expect you to perfect the position immediately, which is comforting.
Cons
-Management constantly ignores concerns from employees.
-Shifts can be borderline unbearable if the staff isn't scheduled properly, especially on busy days/weekends.
-Basically half of the year is considered a blackout date, so it's practically impossible to take any time off.
-Poor communication all around, within your own department and the collaboration between others.
