Pros

Incredible trust from exec leader, complete autonomy to do your work in the best methods you see. Flat org that allows you to impact change. Small org that allows for independent thought and different working styles. Fully remote. High commission.

Cons

As the market goes, so do the Lions. Hard to make placements (and commissions) when you go through a tech hiring freeze like that of 2023 and 2024. If you can survive the rough times, there are very good times to be a part of.

Pros

The Lions provides a unique opportunity for youthful and ambitious sales professionals to be part of a entrepreneurial dreams and use their talents and creative energy to directly contribute to the growth of a innovative, early stage start-up. The transparent management creates a work environment where all opinions are valued and the group can caucus about ever changing policies while also collaborating and perfecting the overall mission of the company. It's unique ability to encourage personal growth and performance while also maintaing a united team, is forward thinking, modern and embodies the start-up culture in every sense of the word.

Cons

Because The Lions is still establishing it's identity in the recruitment industry and working to overcome the typical stigmas against traditional recruitment methods, some of the systems are not set in stone. Although this is a positive in many ways, it can also provide challenges when road blocks present themselves and team members struggle to find the best approach with out a default uniform systematic process.
