      Great people & talent around you, plenty of freebies, fast paced environment and a lot of autonomy to learn lots. Good working hours & holidays.

      Cons

      Promotions can feel unfair, if team members leave workload can be passed down with no compensation. Salaries better elsewhere. Little to no comms from senior staff.
