Just avoid - it’s not worth joining if you want to thrive and have a credible career Leadership team / middle management - mainly just thrown into the roles and they are not competent with shady, awful communication. No progression opportunities for people who actually deserve it and do most the hard work. Usual big company environment - people will lie on your name and throw you under the bus for god knows what reason. Honestly, if you aren’t a fake or performative person you probably won’t do well here - they will keep you because your a hard worker but you will not be promoted and your name will be thrown under the bus
