Good Vibe Good Job and opportunities Fun Events and tasks within the company Friendly staff and community Apprenticeship opportunities, good pay after apprenticeship is finished, and internal career opportunities.
Cons
Not the greatest pay during an apprenticeship. Shift hours vary, its not too bad just not as enjoyable as a set shift time; rotation of 12-8s, 9-5s, 8-4s. Can be challenging dealing with unhappy customers but its part of the job you sign up for.
