Pros
My experience with my former fellow employees is that they are hard working, accepting of others & just really good people.
Cons
Not being provided with adequate training, feedback or a proper workstation with access to essential platforms that were vital to succeed in the job role. There was no corrective actions taken or specific policy cited on why I was being terminated other than the option given on the separation agreement form, which was generic & I was not provided a copy. Being monitored by a surveillance camera with AUDIO - which there is not a waiver or document in the handbook consenting to video surveillance with AUDIO or a 2 party consent form. Literally, anything you say can & will be used against you if the surveyor chooses to do so - perhaps even if it isn't a YOU problem. The Power of Perception.
