      5 days working, Excellent Management and Superiors, Very good Salary and Benefits, Enormous scope to learn, Very nice place to grow especially for the freshers

      Authorities and Responsibilities are not clear, Trainings for senior people are not available, Technology transfer not happened properly from German HO, Product is less profitable, Management Visions & Missions are not transparent
